Construction Accident Lawyer Comments On Chicago Couple’s Construction Lawsuit

The lawsuit alleges that the man had been working as a pipefitter when he tripped in the mud and was struck by a pipe, according to the Cook County Record. The man sustained severe, permanent and painful injuries, according to the suit. The couple is now claiming that the businesses should be held responsible for failing to keep their premises safe and/or provide adequate caution.

In non-fatal incidents, common injuries have included fractured or broken bones, spinal injuries, and brain injuries.
