Construction Accident Lawyer Comments On Two Workers Injured After Fall

June 05, 2016 – – LipsigLawyers.com’s Thomas Moverman recently commented on an incident involving two construction workers who were injured in a fall while working on a church building. Moverman stated that although the extent of their injuries is currently unknown, he wishes them a full and speedy recovery.

According to Patch.com’s report, not much information is known about the two men’s injuries. The news site reported in May that the men had been hurt while working at the Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church on Main Street in New York. Authorities received the call at around 11:30 a.m. and Suffolk County Aviation reportedly headed to the scene to transport the two men.

Incidents such as these are not uncommon for construction workers in the U.S. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration reports that there are 2.3 million construction workers in the U.S. at any given time. For those workers, some of the most common accidents involve ladder falls, scaffolding accidents and other slips, trips, and falls. These accidents often result in injuries such as broken or fractured bones, lacerations, spinal injuries and brain injuries.
