According to the New York Post, three construction workers were taken to the hospital earlier this month after they were struck by a steel plate while working in Brooklyn at a building on 21st Street near the Gowanus Expressway. The three workers were rushed to the hospital where officials say they remained in serious condition. It was not immediately clear what caused the accident, according to officials.
