Elite Glass Cards

This August, EliteGlassCards.com will celebrate its 9th anniversary in business. This is a huge milestone for the Atlanta Georgia based crafter of glass and crystal special occasion cards for men looking for a unique gift to give their brides.

EliteGlassCards.com got its start in 2007 when founder Sylvia Wayfer, an award winning Atlanta wedding planner, noting that a client wanted to feature ice sculptures throughout her wedding venue, suggested designing and creating wedding invitations made totally of glass that would double as decorative table centerpieces. After convincing the bride, she sat down with artists and craftsmen and created several stunning pieces. The company has never looked back..

One of the earliest challenges the business faced was getting the message about a unique but relatively unknown product in front of the people who would most want it – then finding enough business to justify an investment in in-house resources.

Stefanie Malveaux, Communications Director at EliteGlassCards.com was also quoted when discussing a big moment. “One of the high points of Elite Glass Card’s history occurred when Sylvia offered to create an engraved personalized glass letter for a friend. It was perfect. The groom presented his love letter to his bride on their special day, and the firm’s most successful product was born..” The firm now ships its customizable, personalized all-glass and crystal cards anywhere in the U.S. and to seven countries in six different languages.

Sylvia says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our nine year anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far has been taking the time to understand – REALLY – understand what the customer wants, then over-communicating every part of the process to them.”.

EliteGlassCards.com has grown tremendously and has big plans for its 10th year. During this year, the business has objectives to enhance its product line, add new designs, and increase its business partnerships, while maintaining the quality that has made it a resounding hit with its mostly male customer base..

EliteGlassCards.com would also like to thank friends, customers, and all its partners for their well wishes on this happy occasion.
