Steve Smith, an Australian cricket captain, has invested in the Jameson Complex in Sans Souci, a Koundouris Real Estate Group development.

Australian cricket captain Steve Smith has chosen the Koundouris Family’s Sans Souci development as a Sydney investment. The 127 square meter, one-bedroom apartment with courtyard is part of the Jameson Complex at the corner of Rocky Point Road and Russell Avenue. The ground-floor apartment was sold for $435,000 after being advertised as a $515 per week rental.

The block was designed by Koundouris Projects, a group with a history of industry housing honours and awards. The group has won the HIA Custom Build Home of the Year as well as the MBA Maximum Density Townhouse Award. Colliers International has brokered the sale of Jameson apartments, including one-, two- and three-bedroom models. All units feature quality construction and luxurious design; some also have Botany Bay water views.

The Sans Souci complex also features shops on the ground floor level with close proximity to Dolls Point and Botany Bay, as well as easy access to public transport. Smith, a Coogee native, chose the complex for its many convenient features as well as its clean, modern design.
