Cubavana Cuban Restaurant & Café is now offering a full-service catering menu for the 2016 fall season. From appetizers to dessert, coffee to wine, they offer a full menu list. Cubavana is located at 20445 Old Cutler Road in Cutler Bay and offers eat-in, take-out and delivery service to most of South Miami, and they are open 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. The catering menu is based on traditional authentic Cuban dishes which family or friends will enjoy during the holidays.

Cubavana Cuban Restaurant & Café is family owned and operated in South Florida. The owner, Mr. Victor M. Ruiz has spent many years in the hospitality industry where he gained experience from his positions at glamorous hotels such as New York Hilton to Waldorf Astoria. He then decided to try his hand as a restaurateur and has successfully owned, managed and operated a number of restaurants offering different fare – Fast Food Chicken, Mexican, Argentinian, and Cuban. Finally retiring to South Florida, to indulge his love for Cuban Food, he and his family decided to open Cubavana Cuban Restaurant & Café. The flavors are authentic; the aromas are awesome, and the textures of the cuisine come alive on one’s palate. They don’t only focus on taste but service as well; the staff is dedicated to top notch service whether one is dining in or catering out.

The idea for their fall Cuban food catering menu was born from the number of stellar reviews received from customers who have dined at the restaurant and café and have repeatedly asked about holiday menus and catering service. Having fulfilled several large take-out orders on previous holidays from their loyal customers, they decided to go ahead and launch a special fall catering menu for 2016 – just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They don’t only cater to family gatherings, but to birthday parties, engagement parties, bridal showers, weddings and other corporate type events.
