A year in the making, DietaDukanPassoAPasso.com was created by Gielse Ferreira who tried many of the popular diets before finding success with Dr Dukan’s Diet.

“Growing up in São Paulo, you hear about all the latest diets, such as the dieta detox, dieta da proteina, dieta dos pontos, dieta para emagrecer, dieta da usp, etc.” said Ms. Ferreira, “But it wasn’t until I dedicated myself to the dieta de dukan that I lost all the weight I wanted.”

Ms. Ferreira lost 21kg on the diet (dropping from 96kg to 75kg) thanks to adhering to the steps of the diet, eating healthy and exercising moderately.
