Dr. Chelsea Territo to join the Team at Central Oregon Eyecare

The Central Oregon Eyecare staff welcomes a new optometrist to their team. In July, the practice introduced Dr. Chelsea Territo, O.D., expanding the reputation of Central Oregon.

Redmond, OR – July 31, 2019: The Central Oregon Eyecare staff is officially welcoming a new optometrist to their team of experienced eye doctors. In July, the practice introduced Dr. Chelsea Territo, O.D., expanding the reputation of Central Oregon as home to some of the best and brightest eye care professionals in the industry.

Dr. Territo will be working in all 5 locations of Central Oregon Eyecare, but will be spending the majority of her time in Redmond.

A recent graduate of Pacific University’s College of Optometry, Dr. Territo is excited to build her career as part of the team at Central Oregon Eyecare, a trusted eye care practice in the region. She focuses on primary care and is very passionate about helping not just to treat, but to educate patients of all ages. She also looks forward to focusing on specialized contact lens fittings for hard-to-fit patients, something Central Oregon takes special pride in being able to accommodate.

“They really treat their patients like family here at Central Oregon Eyecare, and that’s what made me choose them. They make sure every patient has options on what will be best for their lifestyle needs, they don’t push things on patients like other places,” said Dr. Territo, when asked about why she chose Central Oregon Eyecare.

After graduating, Dr. Territo fell in love with the Pacific Northwest, specifically Bend and the surrounding areas. She enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, hiking, biking, and running surrounded by the natural beauty that this part of the country offers. Part of the reason why she fell in love with eye care was her realization that there were people like her who love the outdoors. What appealed to her most was the opportunity to help these people see nature in compete clarity.

“I’d like to educate my patients on how important their eyes are, and I want to help them integrate that into how they live life and go about hobbies and what not,” Dr. Territo said.
