When asked about why she wrote the books, Hines said: “This multi-book event is dedicated to the announcement of the coming new musical play entitled “The Life and Death of a Dream” about the Korean Conflict in 1969 dedicated to American Gold Star Mothers, Inc.”

Hines hopes that the book will to enlighten America to the current, historic and growing significance of the Korean Conflict Americans are still facing today and the sacrifice that has already been made by so many Americans in the past.
