Dr. Rusty Russo Announces New Non-Surgical Back Pain Therapy

August 16, 2016 – – Dr. Rusty Russo of Russo Chiropractic Clinic in Metairie, Louisiana, recently launched a new kind of pain therapy service. Dr. Russo states that his practice is now offering non-surgical decompression therapy to help relieve chronic back pain.

“Among other therapies,” says Dr. Russo, “We are now using Back On Trac equipment, which offers a large number of treatment options to assist patients in keeping their back in good health and avoid back pain as well as helping to decrease back pain associated with disc herniations.”

Dr. Russo states that there are a number of non-surgical treatment options for patients with lower back pain, but most patients are not aware of these. He explains that Back On Trac is an innovative therapeutic procedure that can achieve astounding results for patients who suffer from degenerative joint disease, herniated discs, or any sort of compression fracture.

“This equipment can assist with everything from scoliotic curvatures to spondylolisthesis,” says Dr. Russo. “It can help significantly with range of motion as well as flexibility and improved alignment, and without invasive surgical procedures.”

Dr. Russo states that although there is a time and place for surgery and that he coordinates back pain with local surgeons, the clinic’s goal is to educate patients on the non-surgical options that are available, and that they utilize a number of equipment options, including Back On Trac, to provide patients with options that do not require lengthy recovery times and/or extended hospital stays.

His clinic offers patients an initial consultation to help determine the extent and root cause of their back pain. During the consultation Dr. Russo explains to patients what therapies could benefit them with regards to lessening pain and providing greater flexibility. He states that many of the treatments that the clinic offers provide improved circulation, relief from cervical, thoracic pain, and lumbar spine pain as well as overall improved mobility. Although necessary at times, many patients believe that surgery is the only way that they can achieve these results.

“It’s just not true,” Dr. Russo says. “Patients need to know that there are many more options available to them for back pain relief.”

Dr. Russo says that non-surgical procedures and treatments have been shown to have just as effective results in many cases. More about the treatment options provided by Russo Chiropractic Clinic can be seen on their official website www.RussoChiropractic.com.
