Kuroi Hana is a complete knife set that effortlessly combines quality materials, artisanal craftsmanship and aesthetic beauty. Each blade of the Kuroi Hana set is crafted from 67 layers of premium-quality Japanese AUS-10 steel with a hardness range of 58 to 60 HRC. This results in toughness, sharpness and excellent corrosion resistance. The multi-layered steel in each blade has its origin in both Japanese samurai and Damascene sword making. Skilled workers manually etch through the multiple layers of steel to form a beautiful, dark floral pattern on the blade.
