Elevator Fall Victim In Critical Condition, Reinforces The Comments Made By Construction Accident Lawyer

The New York Times reported that on January 27th, a local Manhattan construction worker was not wearing a harness and fell 4 stories, where he was impaled by metal bars and struck by falling cinder blocks. The man was taken to Bellevue Hospital Center and was said to be in critical condition. The New York City Buildings Department has begun to conduct a formal investigation and has issued a full stop-work order.
