Employee of Marty Rae’s of Lexington Helps Rebuild Area Homes

Kathy Hrivnak is Helping the People of the Pineglen Community, an Area that was Devastated by Flooding in 2015

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 17, 2015 / An employee of Marty Rae’s of Lexington, a high quality furniture store in South Carolina, Kathy Hrivnak is pleased to announce that she is currently dedicating her days helping the people of the Pineglen community. As Kathy noted, the Pineglen region was hit hard by flooding in 2015.

“In total, 117 homes have been devastated from the flood just in this small community,” she said, adding that even though the flood was two months ago, many people are still living in shells of homes.

Kathy has been working with the members of Newspring Church to help rebuild the homes. During her time in Pineglen, she has used her gift of interior design to help families redecorate their homes with used furniture donated by Marty Rae’s of Lexington.

The fact that Kathy is spending so much time assisting the residents of Pineglen will not surprise the many clients who have worked with her. For 10 years, Kathy has helped clients of the home furniture store find the perfect look and decor for their homes.

As Kathy explained, she learned about the value of great customer service at a very young age.

“I would follow my grandfather around the family business. He always put the customer first,” she said.

Kathy went on to open her own business, which focused on residential design and home staging. Thanks to her natural ability for design, she was able to help her clients get the best price possible for their homes.

Now, many of these same clients are coming into Marty Rae’s of Lexington to work with Kathy again.

“Raising three sons has given me insight into ‘family friendly’ design,” Kathy said, adding that she prides herself on her creativity in any design realm.
