Osorio’s Latin Fusion has announced a very special wine line up for their next event on September 17th, 2015. In partnership with the innovative Wine Club World, the upcoming dinner will feature four courses, paired with exclusive wines that can’t be found anywhere else.

For wine lovers in Appleton, WI, one local restaurant, already well-known for their decadent and creative monthly pairing dinners, is preparing to take the traditional wine pairing dinner to a whole new level. In partnership with the innovative new online wine club, Wine Club World, at a special event on September 17th, 2015, Osorio’s Latin Fusion will be introducing an exclusive line up of wines that can be obtained in only three places nationwide: In the Daniel Gehrs California tasting room, through membership at www.wineclubworld.com or, for one night only, expertly paired with creative cuisine in a four-course pairing dinner at Osorio’s.
Says the characteristically vivacious Kim Finnell, co-owner and manager of the popular Appleton restaurant, “We have been working out the logistics of this wine pairing dinner for months, and we are very excited to see it coming to fruition.” Ms. Finnell adds, “Through our exclusive partnership with Wine Club World, we are able to bring our guests a taste of something they simply can’t find anywhere else. It’s an honor, really, and one that we couldn’t be more enthusiastic about.”
The partnership between Osorio’s and Wine Club World came about quite naturally, as there are two Ms. Finnells at work on this very special event. Jennifer Finnell, Wine Club World managing partner, offers a nostalgic smile as she explains, “Kim and I both have years and years – and years – of experience in the food and beverage industry. While we each took that experience in different directions, it’s wonderful to have the opportunity to bring our businesses together for an event such as this. Not to mention turning our collective love of wine into a career – now that’s a dream come true!”
Jennifer goes on to explain the profound difference between Wine Club World and other online wine clubs. “We partner exclusively with small batch, boutique wineries, delivering only premium and ultra-premium wines to our members. To facilitate the upcoming pairing dinner, the Finnell sisters joined forces with Mary Burschinger Levesque, tasting room manager of Daniel Gehrs Wines of Los Olivos, California, a favorite feature winery among Wine Club World members. The Green Bay area native readily embraced the opportunity to introduce Daniel Gehrs’ award-winning wines to her own hometown wine enthusiasts. Of the September 17th event, she said, “I wish I could be there in person, but you’ll have to settle for my ‘spirits’”. A well-warranted chuckle followed.
