Fortiline Waterworks Announces Strategic Acquisition of Sitework Suppliers, LLC

Acquisition Adds Strength to Fortiline Location in Charleston, SC

CONCORD, NC / ACCESSWIRE / March 13, 2015 / Fortiline Waterworks (Fortiline), one of the largest waterworks distributors in the United States, announced today it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Sitework Suppliers, LLC, of Charleston, S.C., effective today, March 13, 2015.

Specializing in drainage, soft soil stabilization and sediment and erosion control, Sitework Suppliers, LLC provides a full line of site-related materials, traffic safety devices, tools, and specialty products. The company is located at 7309 Peppermill Parkway in North Charleston, S.C. Once the transaction has been completed, Sitework’s operations will be transitioned into the existing Fortiline branch located at 4301 Arco Lane in North Charleston.
