Get-Optimal Selected for Microsoft Startups to Make Job Ads More Inclusive and Searchable
– March 31, 2022 —
London-based startup Get-Optimal has announced that it is joining Microsoft for Startups, an exclusive growth acceleration program. The global program will give Get-Optimal access to the resources they need for growth when they require them.
Get-Optimal is one of the leading diversity and inclusion job ad optimisation platforms. Their core technology optimises job ads to ensure they encourage diversity and inclusion, while also optimising for search engines. The technology makes use of AI and machine learning. As a member of Microsoft for Startups, the company will have exclusive access to technology, mentorship, and business support from Microsoft.
The London-based startup provides a single-point solution for employers and recruiters working with a decentralised workforce. They are endorsed by the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) and additionally work with CRMs, programmatic platforms, and SMEs around the world, with clients on four continents. Using Get-Optimal technology, customers can be onboarded and have their first job ads optimised within 15 minutes.
Microsoft for Startups gives Get-Optimal access to tools such as Microsoft Azure and its features, testing data, and internal knowledge that they will use to rapidly reach a large audience, with built-in redundancy and security.
“We’re honoured to be among such a select group of companies from around the world chosen to join the Microsoft for Startups program, and we plan to leverage this amazing opportunity to its fullest,” said Daniel Fellows, CEO of Get-Optimal.
“Getting this kind of backing validates what we are trying to do as a company and will allow us to continue leveraging technology to de-bias the hiring process.
“Our participation in the program comes at a critical time for our company as we launch our new software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to help automate and optimise customer’s Job Ads for diversity, inclusion, and SEO using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.”
Dr Ian McDonald, Director of Field Technical Engagement at Microsoft for Startups, said: “We’re delighted to have Daniel and the Get-Optimal team join our Microsoft for Startups Program. Get Optimal’s mission to foster more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces by optimising Job Ads for DEI and SEO – a hitherto unresolved problem in the recruitment industry – using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a great fit for the program. We look forward to helping Get-Optimal deliver their innovative solution to our joint customers.”
Get-Optimal will have the tools to achieve rapid acceleration and growth as a member of Microsoft for Startups. In addition to having access to valuable tools, the startup will benefit from personalised guidance and mentorship to support the company in its growth and development.
