Healthy And Fit Zone Releases New Diet Free Weekends Review

April 28, 2015 – – Healthy and Fit Zone has released a brand new review of Mike Whitfield’s Diet Free Weekend program. Healthy and Fit Zone is a website dedicated to providing people with professional advice, information and guidance on health, fitness and nutrition. Through their Diet Free Weekends review, they hope to inform their readers about the efficacy of this latest program.

“There are so many diet programs out there that it would be impossible for people to try them all, or even to find one that works for them,” explains Mario Lawson from HealthyandFitZone.com. “We hope to do this work for them instead, giving them information on the ins and outs of different programs, so they are empowered to make a better decision for their own goals.”

Diet Free Weekends is a program that addresses the fact that most people feel very guilty about their calorific consumption over a weekend. This is the time when most will drink too much, eat too much and spend too much time doing nothing. Mike Whitfield has come up with a 3 day diet trick to address this issue. Essentially, the program teaches people that they only have to diet four days a week, leaving the other three days to eat what they want, which can include the weekend.

“We totally recommend this particular program,” adds Mario Lawson. “Our review shows that what sets this program apart is that it has been properly scientifically tested. We would never recommend anything that hasn’t been proven to work, and this particular program simply ticks all the boxes.”

In a recent study, a group of participants with ages between 25 and 62 were asked to monitor their weight for a period of between 15 and 330 days. They had to weigh themselves every morning, as soon as they got out of bed. Participants also had to log what they ate and when. It was found that those who controlled their calorific intake between Monday and Thursday, but ate as they pleased during the weekend, lost more weight overall than those tried to control their eating every day of the week. It is believed that this may be due to the fact that completely cutting foods out of a diet permanently is unsustainable.

Based on these results, the Diet Free Weekends program was started, allowing participants to eat all of their favorite foods on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The program comes with a nutritional manual and a full guide on how it works, as well as with a tracking journal. This allows participants to monitor exactly how much they lose, seeing for themselves that the product truly works.
