Each year, over seven million companion animals are sent to U.S. animal shelters. For over three decades, Best Friends Org. has worked to help reduce the total number of pets going into shelters all around the country and to end the killing of these pets just because they don’t have a home. In 2016, over 80,000 pets, both dogs and cats, were adopted because of the efforts of Best Friends and its over 1,800 No More Homeless Pets Network partners. The staff at Chem-Dry is looking forward to helping with this cause and increasing the number of adoptions through fundraising efforts.
