Highstreet IT Announced Today That, As Of April 4, 2016, Chief Executive Officer Mac Slingerlend Has Retired; The Company Has Hired Greg Furst as Its New Chief Executive Officer

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO / ACCESSWIRE / April 22, 2016 / Mac Slingerlend founded the Company and, over the last three years, supported three acquisitions and was a force in its continued growth.

Mac’s successor, Greg Furst, is recognized as an entrepreneurial leader with more than 20 years of experience in building organizations within the IT Managed Services and Professional Services space, and has led several high-profile initiatives in direct sales, marketing, product management, general management, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Highstreet, Mr. Furst served as CEO and President of Atherio, a global Oracle technology services company providing end-to-end technology enabled business solutions to the enterprise. He also served as EVP of Sales & Marketing at Rolta International, a global consulting company. Before this he was Vice President & Regional Portfolio Executive at CSC, a global provider of technology-enabled business solutions & services. Additionally, he has held leadership roles at SAVVIS Communications where he was the VP and GM of Hosting Services and at Digex, where he was VP of Sales.
