Ifrah Law Steers Legislature in Multi-State iGaming Regulations

Serving as Special Internet Gaming Counsel to the Delaware State Lottery, Ifrah Law played a critical role in the development of the complex agreement

Jeff Ifrah of Ifrah Law has been appointed as one of the main legislators consulted for a Delaware-Nevada gaming law allowing igamers in both states to play together. Breaking new ground in the legalization of online gaming, the agreement will enable players in Delaware and Nevada to play the same games.

Serving as Special Internet Gaming Counsel to the Delaware State Lottery, Ifrah Law played a critical role in the development of the complex agreement, which addressed uniform standards for items such as licensing, taxation rates, revenue distribution models, and player disputes.
