Kumbaya provides relief for parents wanting to get their work done while Sheltering in Place.
Mountain View, United States – March 25, 2020 /MarketersMedia/ —
Mountain View, CA – Co-founders Chen Yahav-Levanon and Dr. Adi Zief-Balteriski are pleased to announce the launch of their life-changing app, Kumbaya App, created to help working parents with situations that require assistance and helping teens earn extra pocket money by doing flexible gigs. The app allows the user to get immediate help from a list of trusted teens.
Millennial parents have their own values that are different from those of previous generations, and while it’s been noted that they make competent parents, it’s a generation that wants to have it all, with both a satisfying career and children.
But it’s far from easy. Yahav-Levanon and Zief-Balteriski understand from their own experiences how challenging it can be to juggle a career and a family at the best of times. With the current situation of so many parents having to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have launched the Kumbaya App several weeks earlier than expected and focus on virtual services.
“Our lives to day, with the COVID-19 crisis, require creative planning around working from home, logistics, integrating homeschooling and productive fun indoor activities for our children,” says Yahav-Levanon. “It’s stressful, demanding, and frankly, quite overwhelming. It’s all too easy to end up feeling alienated and unsupported. Kumbaya will help take away some of that stress and help you achieve the balance you need in your life.”
Passionate about helping people thrive in their professional lives while raising children, Yahav-Levanon explains that Kumbaya provides the perfect combination of trust, community and education.
GenZ teens are the future. They are hard working, motivated and eager to learn and become successful. Their academic load and after-school activities often prevent them from finding work while still at school, and they struggle to find flexible opportunities in their community. Kumbaya is here to help with that as well.
Kumbaya is a gig marketplace that connects parents who needs help with teens who want to do flexible gigs and make extra money. GenZ teens want an early start in the gig workforce and they are willing to work hard for it. Kumbaya is the perfect opportunity, and provides a safe platform.
As Yahav-Levanon points out, many people are surrounded by teens that they trust, and they will be happy to use them, but often don’t have an easy way of finding them.
“Kumbaya makes it all so easy because you get to pay teens from your community and do something good for the world while getting help!”
“And now I’m thrilled to announce that Kumbaya is finally here to help cope with our day-to-day challenges as working parents and to help teens make extra money and go into the gig workforce. Kumbaya makes it easy to hire teens you trust to help you with your kids and households tasks with a virtual option as well.”
Kumbaya can be instantly downloaded on Google Play and the App Store.
