Las Vegas Law Firm Announces Expansion Of Personal Injury Services

September 15, 2015 – – Jon Martin, Esq. of Sin City Law Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, has recently announced that the firm will be expanding its personal injury services. The law firm has been providing legal assistance for a number of years on issues, including traffic tickets, DUI defense, bankruptcy, and personal injury cases, among others. The expansion of services will enable them to help a number of additional clients in and around the Clark County, Nevada area.

“We’ve always provided personal injury case assistance,” states Jon Martin. “We are simply expanding those services to be able to provide a wider reach for those in our area.” The expansion will enable the law firm to assist individuals filing a number of personal injury cases.

In addition to ensuring property damage compensation, the firm will also be handling compensation for lost wages, hospital bills, and any costs related to rehabilitation. The firm begins by negotiating with the responsible party. If and when negotiations do not work, Jon Martin says, “I am not at all opposed to taking the case to trial or file papers for mandatory arbitration.”

Personally injuries occur every day in the United States, and cost millions of dollars in medical bills and lost wages for those who are injured. The National Center for Health Statistics states that more than 30 million injuries are reported each year, with nearly two million people sustaining injuries that require hospitalization. Nearly 200,000 of those die from the injuries incurred. Reports also show that a large number of these injured individuals never file a claim for compensation, which is a fact that Martin and his legal team hope to reverse, at least throughout Clark County.

Jon Martin states that potential clients who are looking for “cheap” or “discount” attorneys are not the types of cases that he represents. He also went on to state that each case is taken on a contingency basis, which means that the client is not responsible for paying until they are recovered.
