November 25, 2015 – – The Phillips Law Group of Phoenix, AZ will be representing Tiffany McClean in a wrongful death case. Her son, Shane Andrist, a minor, was killed during a crash involving a semi-trailer truck in Chandler, AZ. While investigations are pending, it appears that the driver of the semi-truck was responsible for the accident. Further details about the case are available on SMHLawOffice.com.

“Shane Andrist became trapped in his vehicle when he was hit by a semi-truck turning left,” says Jeffrey Phillips from Phillips Law. “He became trapped following the accident and was later pronounced dead at the scene. Few details have been made available about the accident to date. The police confirmed that a crash occurred at the intersection of West Warner Road and North Evergreen Street around 3pm. Their initial investigation showed that the vehicle Andrist was driving was going in a westbound direction, when it collided with the semi-truck that was making a left turn.
