Leading Cincinnati Business Coaching Firm Introduces Two New Internationally Renowned Kauffman Foundation Courses

Listening to Your Business is targeted toward existing entrepreneurs that want to create a three-year vision for their firms. FastTrac GrowthVenture is designed to support entrepreneurs seeking to take their existing businesses to the next level.

Listening to Your Business, a four-hour course offered on a monthly basis, is focused on building a roadmap for the future. The program utilizes exercises and materials to identify where the company is; where the owner wants it to be; and developing a plan to get there. Owners will be able to document and review their plans as tools to help hold themselves and others accountable.

FastTrac GrowthVenture, which shares proven strategies and processes for healthy business growth, is presented one day per month over a five-month period. This allows participants to implement monthly strategies before moving on to the next topic. FastTrac GrowthVenture helps existing entrepreneurs analyze their current business situation to identify the best opportunities for growth. Budgeting, sales strategies, management team roles, operational systems and business plan implementation are key areas of emphasis.
