Experts at Lexxic, the leading neurodiversity consultancy are answering all questions about neuro-inclusive recruitment, at their new event.
London, England, United Kingdom – April 30, 2024 —
Lexxic, the leading neurodiversity consultancy dedicated to supporting organisations in fostering neuro-inclusivity and empowering neurodivergent individuals, are proud to be hosting a brand-new Q&A session focussed on neuro-inclusive recruitment.
“Neuro-inclusive Recruitment Q&A: Ask the Experts” will take place on Tuesday, 30th April 2024, from 12 – 1:30pm (BST).
In this session, Harry Saville, Consulting Business Psychologist at Lexxic, will be answering all questions about neuro-inclusive recruitment and sharing his expertise and professional insights into how organisations can support neurodivergent individuals.
Neurodivergent talent can bring many skills to workplaces including creativity, relationship building, problem solving, hyperfocus, and analytical skills. However, many organisations may be missing out on a huge talent pool due to outdated recruitment practices that can present barriers to neurodivergent individuals and prevent them from fully demonstrating their skills.
The experts at Lexxic are ready to explain what neurodiversity is, and provide practical advice on how business teams can embed neuro-inclusion within their recruitment practices and more.
Example topics covered in this session include:
- Current recruitment practices and the barriers to neurodivergent talent
- What businesses can do differently at application phases of recruitment
- What businesses can do differently at assessment phases of recruitment
There will be the opportunity to ask questions during the session via the webinar Q&A function, however guests can increase the chances of your question being selected by submitting it in advance here by 5pm (BST) on 25th April 2024.
Those interested in finding out more or who wish to to register to attend can visit the event registration page.
