Lexxic Hosts Panel Discussion Exploring the Value of Neurodiversity in the Tech Industry

Lexxic is hosting a panel discussion to explore the value of neurodiversity in the tech industry. The panel includes exploring how organisations can support neurodivergent team members.

Lexxic, the leading neurodiversity consultancy dedicated to empowering neurodiversity in the workplace, are proud to be hosting a free panel discussion exploring the benefits and unique skills that neurodivergent talent can bring to the technology industry.

The Value of Neurodiversity in the Tech Industry”, will take place on Tuesday, 27th February 2024, from 12 – 1:30pm (GMT). Event host, Harry Saville (Consulting Business Psychologist at Lexxic), will be joined by panellists from a range of backgrounds including The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment (UKIE) and Rovio Entertainment, who will all be coming together to share lived experiences and expert knowledge from within the industry.

The event will provide key insights from neurodivergent individuals with lived experiences as well as experts who are driving change and working to provide the right support for neurodiversity in the workplace.

Lexxic was inspired to set up the panel due to the growing skills gap in the technological industry due to the rapid changes relating to technological advancements. The panel explores whether providing neurodivergent candidates with the support they need could be the answer to this challenge.
