Liberated Energy Substantially Reduces Debt

SOUTHAMPTON, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / September 3, 2015 / Liberated Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LIBE) announces today that it has repaid its outstanding debt with Vis Vires, KBM Worldwide, Inc. and Eastmore Capital, LLC over the past 30 days. Brian P. Conway, CEO of Liberated Energy, said, “Previous management
raised over $600,000 in convertible debt, and we have sought to reduce
these debts as aggressively as possible. In doing so, we have reduced
our debt substantially.”

Mr. Conway reiterated, “Our view of our current debt and capital
structure is that Liberated will continue to secure a conventional
credit facility to fund its normal course manufacturing and distribution
operations. Our acquisition strategy will be executed utilizing a
combination of both debt and equity.”
