Lingua Galaxiae, an Online Platform Described as The New English Class, is Launched

The New Learning Platform Uses Technology to Dramatically Improve Writing and Thinking Skills

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 9, 2016 / Bryan Steele, a veteran, former high school English teacher and founder of Steele Education Technologies, is pleased to announce the launch of what he describes as The New English Class. Called Lingua Galaxiae, the new online writing game and learning platform is already getting a lot of attention in the alternative learning space and field of education.

As Steele noted, Lingua Galaxiae demonstrates how technology can be used to create learning models not available to standard classrooms.

“Entering into a discussion about contemporary propaganda invites us to think about the power of communication and our responsibilities as authors and audiences. It raises questions about the use and potential impact of new media and technologies,” he said, adding that Lingua Galaxiae allows educators and students to explore the subject of propaganda by actively engaging in dialogue, interpretation, and analysis.

“The Lingua Galaxiae lesson plans help students define and recognize propaganda and to assess its impact on individuals and society. It is recommended that students actively engage in all aspects of this project to maximize their learning.”

As a former teacher, Steele understands how important it is it to keep students engaged and interested in what they are learning. This inspired him to create Lingua Galaxiae–a platform that ensures that education will never be boring.

In order to help cover the costs associated with creating and producing Lingua Galaxiae, Steele recently launched a fundraising campaign on Kickstarter. He hopes to raise $10,000 through crowdfunding.

Steele said he is looking forward to students across the country using and enjoying his new online learning platform Lingua Galaxiae.

“This will provide an intensive learning environment that dramatically improves the writing and thinking skills of ages 16 and up,” he noted.
