A local marketing expert urges local business owners to seek online reviews because he says without them, they aren’t likely to attract much new business.

Most people read online reviews before visiting a store or buying a product, but a local marketing expert says many local business owners aren’t doing enough to get them. And that, he says, is costing them a whole lot of new business.
