Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States, January 31, 2025 — M Square Commercial has finalized a build-to-suit NNN lease for a new 7 Brew location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The development team, in collaboration with M Square Commercial, secured approval for the 0.68-acre parcel at 5821 Creek Centre Drive, with construction scheduled to begin in mid-to-late January 2025 and an expected opening in Spring 2025.
Hutton Baton Rouge LA Burbank ST, LLC, the landlord, and 7 Brew executed a 15-year NNN lease agreement on June 14, 2024. M Square Commercial represented the landlord in collaboration with Dex Shill of NAI Latter & Blum as the local broker.
