Major regeneration projects involving some of London’s oldest and most historic buildings are transforming the city and driving economic growth.

One of London’s most high-profile streets has recently been transformed thanks to the regeneration of The Plaza. As technical director, Nigel Bennett, explains, “Situated in London’s famous Oxford Street, The Plaza is another example of the typically stunning historic architecture seen around the city. This particular building was first opened as a department store in 1894. One hundred and twenty-five years on and the building remains a centrepiece of Oxford Street, but decades of weathering and pollution had caused the building to look tired.”

“As part of a major regeneration project completed in 2018, See Brilliance undertook external restoration works on The Plaza using specialist products and techniques to fully restore the brass trim surrounding the building. Our operatives also prepared and decorated approximately 160 flowers seen high up on the outside of the building.”
