Cynthia H. Clark, a former partner at Peters & Clark, P.A., has become the principal of a new firm, Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, LLC. The new firm has changed its location but remains in Annapolis with easy access to all the courts that the firm services.
“While change is inevitable it was nonetheless difficult to bid farewell to Paula Peters, who earlier this year announced her retirement. Still, I am excited to begin a new journey as the head of Cynthia H.
