The idea for creating Summer Camp For Kids came about after a large gap was discovered in the demand and the supply of worthwhile summer programs for kids offering multidisciplinary workshop under one banner at one single venue. Demand largely exceeded the supply….

Summer Camp For Kids had been in development for the past one year and had a team of a dozen working on it, which is considered humongous by industry standards. This goes to show that it takes more than a few great minds to pull something great together.

The multidisciplinary summer camp for kids including theatre, storytelling, dance, yoga, aerial yoga, arts & crafts, music and soft skills culminating in a stage show performance almost didn’t see the light of day, when two persons of the core development team fell ill and went bedridden for a few days near the time of implementing the program. The problem was overcome by vising them often on their bedside for the much needed instructions from them. Luckily both of them didn’t take very long in the bed and came back soon with a renewed energy back in their body and their mind..

Meeraqi did something different compared to other businesses as an Arts Organisation including dance school, yoga studio, drama school, music school, photography institute, film & television institute, design institute, martial arts school, and a meditation centre by inviting the parents to be at the venue if they felt like doing so and thus making it a completely transparent affair.

Summer Camp For Kids was released as part of Meeraqi’s greater plans to transform the vision with which kids see the planet and all that lies beyond, it being the most significant way for changing the world to lead a better quality of life in the years to come ahead.. Meeraqi’s summer camp got it’s start when its Sales Director Avinashi Singh noticed a growing need for supplying multidisciplinary summer workshops for kids . With a lifetime of prior experience in arts organisations including dance schools, yoga studios, drama schools, music schools, photography institutes, film & television institutes, design institutes, martial arts schools, and meditation centres, Avinashi Singh decided to go ahead and start her own in 2017.
