Meeting Notebook, a Great Business Tool for Professionals, is Officially Announced

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 24, 2017 / Clarissa Harper, owner of Cube Appeal, is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the Meeting Notebook – a great business tool for professionals.

As owner of Cube Appeal – a company that makes framed prints and mirrors that are designed to make cubicles more attractive and welcoming to work in – Harper is always on the lookout for ways to expand her line of products. Recently, she decided to include more paper products, and build items based on the theme of “work with intention.”

As she explained, the concept of “work with intention” is based on the idea of working smarter, not harder. With this in mind, Harper is creating a product line that includes notebooks, stationery and other tools that will help people to work more efficiently and stay on track at work.

“The first ‘work with intention’ product I designed is the Meeting Notebook that helps you to better prepare for, and get the most out of your meetings,” Harper said, adding that each note page is broken into different sections.

“The first section, called the ‘follow-up section,’ allows you to prepare for your meeting in advance if necessary. It provides a place to write down any issues or questions you want to bring up during the meeting so you do not forgot anything.”

The second section, or “notes” section, is where people can take notes during the meeting. The third and fourth sections – otherwise known as the “to do” and “decisions made” sections, allows people to pull out the important information from the meeting either during or after the meeting so it is clearly outlined and won’t get lost in the clutter of jotting down notes.

In order to help pay for the production of her Meeting Notebook and bring it to the public, Harper recently launched a fundraiser on Kickstarter. There, she hopes to raise $2,500 through crowdfunding and help people work with intention, one meeting at a time.
