Mezzi Brand Group Provides Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 3, 2016 / Mezzi Holdings Inc. (“MEZZI”, “MEZZI BRAND GROUP” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: MZI, FRA: 0MZ) is pleased to provide a corporate update on operations and sales for its combined brands of MEZZI Smart Luxury, Capital Eyewear and MLine Cases. Sales results including deliveries, pre-orders and immediately fulfilled transactions from combined operations exceeded $250,000 for its fiscal 3rd Quarter (November 2015 to January 2016).

MEZZI Smart Luxury’s collection of tech-integrated handbags was recently exhibited for the first time at the NYC edition of the Capsule Accessories Trade Show and presented to representatives of more than 30 retailers, department stores and boutiques. Immediate orders, as well as fall 2016 pre-orders, were placed. Additional manufacturing capacity sourced in the summer has now been fully transitioned with the first commercial production recently being received for 2 styles. Six all-new styles are in final stages of prototyping with initial orders for summer and fall 2016 being placed in the next few weeks.

Since launching MLine Cases this past July, MLine now has more than 600 authorized dealers located in 26 American states and 4 Canadian provinces that carry a selection of MLine’s line of secure and rugged cases. Based on customer feedback and demand, MLine has finished prototyping 2 new cases to add to its line of specialty cases for 2016.

The acquisition of Capital Eyewear, a brand of premium acetate sunglasses, was completed October 1st, 2015. The Company has now been fully integrated by relocating much of the operations to Vancouver and eliminating redundancy. MEZZI BRAND GROUP’s marketing team have completed the development and design of a new immersive mobile-optimized website. This will be going live in the coming days along with the launch of the brand’s first women’s specific style of sunglasses.
