Mobile Broadcasting Corporation Announces New Direction with New Leadership

PISCATAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / June 12, 2015 / Mobile Broadcasting Corporation, (OTC PINK: MBHC) Mobile Broadcasting Corporation announced today the appointment of two distinguished heavyweights in the mobile broadcasting and telecommunications space. Jeffrey Marcus and Alan Rambam to ensure the company will successfully achieve its goal of building the first mobile application to offer a true interactive mobile broadcasting experience.

Ken Bland, Mobile Broadcasting Corporation’s CEO stated, “Mr. Marcus and Mr. Rambam bring the expertise and connectivity we need to grow and succeed. I am confident that with their leadership we will meet the limited window and high expectations for a seamless user-experience and non-stop socialization that today’s consumers now require from the technology they use, especially the applications on their mobile device. Myself and MBC’s executive leadership team understand how paramount it is for us to bring on the best and most qualified team possible to ensure we stay ahead of the curve, define and drive the mobile broadcasting space and deliver the solid growth, segment leadership and revenue generation that MBC requires for the long-term.”

Industry luminary Jeff Marcus will now act as the MBC team’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to produce enabling technology that redefines the mobile broadcast experience. The WHIRLD application will produce seamless real-time mobile playback of broadcast quality footage; the perfect mix of influential and amateur mobile broadcasters; integrated sharing and chat options; and a state-of-the-art user-experience that drives social discovery 24/7 for Mobile Broadcasters and their fans.

“Social media is rapidly crossing from traditional blogs to interactive handheld video,” Mr. Marcus said. “My team and I are proud to build the next-generation solution, applying deep data analytics to form video communities around celebrities, events and everyday lives. This combines the cachet of highly produced television-like content with the diversity of empowered ‘citizen producers’.”

Alan Rambam will act as MBC’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As an early pioneer in mobile social communications, Alan is tasked with developing the brand, messaging and launch activities to engage consumers, celebrities, athletes, the Latino community and brands. This initiative will announce to the WORLD that WHIRLD is a new type of social utility – a real-time mobile broadcasting application that represents the future of broadcast television.

“My goal is to ensure that WHIRLD broadcasts the future across every mobile device in real-time. I am so enthusiastic about leading this charge and having the opportunity to develop and implement the marketing and advertising programs that are going to bring WHIRLDS message to the world,” said Alan Rambam, WHIRLD’s CMO. “WHIRLD’s unique mobile broadcasting model is also focused on enabling brands for the first time through interactive mobile video to realize a new heightened level of real-time digital intimacy with their consumers.”

This is just the beginning for MBC as the company is heavily committed to securing and putting in place the right human and infrastructural assets that are required to ensure that MBC becomes the new mobile face of TV broadcasting. The company will be laying down the groundwork over the next several weeks, implementing Mr. Marcus and Mr. Rambam’s plans and making solid moves that have impact for both the company and its shareholders. This is just the beginning.
