New Lifetime Value (LTV) Filter For ManageByStats’ Automated Email Service

July 13, 2018 – – ManageByStats has rolled out a new filter option for their SellerMail Automated Email service. The new filter allows users to specify that when emails are sent they will be sent only if the customer’s LTV (total lifetime purchase value) exceeds the specified amount. This new feature is available in SellerMail in the Rules section. SellerMail is an automated email solution within ManageByStats, which allows Amazon sellers to create automated emails that will be sent to their Amazon customers based on certain events, such as Purchased, Shipped, Delivered, Refunded, etc. Multiple filters can then be set to further refine the automation, now including the customer’s LTV.

“This is a feature that had been asked for,” says ManageByStats CEO, Philip Jepsen. “We’re constantly working on enhancements to our SellerMail tool, and this was one that’s been in demand. Now the system will send or not send an email after taking into account the lifetime value of that customer.”
