New Partner Joins Jerome, Salmi & Kopis LLC

October 31, 2019 – – The Law Firm of Jerome, Salmi & Kopis, LLC is proud to announce they have added a new partner, Jeffrey Kopis. Jeff comes to the firm with over 25 years of litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts. Jeff had previously been a successful solo practitioner representing injured individuals throughout Missouri and Illinois.

David Jerome, Managing Partner of Jerome, Salmi & Kopis LLC, says “We at Jerome, Salmi & Kopis strive to represent our clients to the best of our ability. Jeff has over 25 years of experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois and Missouri both in State and Federal Courts. Jeff graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1992. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, St. Clair Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association. Jeff was rated by other attorneys in the area and earned an AV Preeminent rating which is the highest peer rating for Professional Excellence. Jeff resides in Belleville with his wife Lisa and their dog Izzy.

Along with the announcement of the new partnership, the firm is also announcing the official change of the firm’s name from Jerome, Lindsay & Salmi, LLC to Jerome, Salmi & Kopis, LLC. Over the coming weeks, they will be making the transition across all their social media channels, website, and office to the new name. With this change, the firm’s website will change from jlslawoffice.com to jsklawfirm.com.

Jerome, Salmi & Kopis, LLC have limited their areas of practice to allow them greater experience in fewer areas. David Jerome has limited his practice to exclusively representing injured workers throughout Illinois and Missouri. Richard Salmi has limited his practice to representing injured workers in the workers’ compensation setting but also represents clients who are unable to return to any work and seek Social Security Disability benefits. Jeff Kopis handles personal injury actions throughout Illinois and Missouri and is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts.
