West Palm Beach, United States – December 1, 2017 /MarketersMedia/

On December 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm, the West Palm Beach law firm Pankauski Hauser will offer a Florida Bar-approved technology continuing legal education webinar. This CLE webinar is in response to the new Florida Bar continuing education requirement that every Florida lawyer should know about. The webinar is titled Ethics, Technology & Probate: what estate planners and probate lawyers need to know about new Rule 6-10.3(b), and is free of charge for Florida attorneys.

As of January 1, 2017, all Florida lawyers are required to obtain a total of 33 minimum credit hours per three-year cycle. Three of those hours must satisfy the new technology requirement. Pankauski Hauser’s webinar is approved by The Florida Bar for 1 technology credit and 1 ethics credit.

The webinar will feature John Pankauski, managing partner at Pankauski Hauser PLLC. Estate planning attorneys and trust and estates lawyers will learn the minimum continuing education standards for Florida Bar Rule 6-10.3. The webinar will also discuss relevant Florida Bar Ethical Rules, and explain how technology can be both beneficial and a pitfall or trap for unsuspecting lawyers and their clients.

Pankauski Hauser PLLC exclusively represents clients in matters involving disputes, trials and appeals surrounding estates, business, wills and probate.

“Our probate litigation law firm represents families, beneficiaries, trustees and executors throughout Florida when disputes develop regarding wills, trusts, inheritances, beneficiaries’ rights and many other estate, business, property & probate topics,” said Pankauski. “This webinar will provide estate planning and probate lawyers with everything they need to know about the new technology requirement and how technology can affect your practice and clients.“

The webinar will be held on Facebook Live on December 7, 2017 at 2 p.m. If you miss the webinar live, you can watch it online (www.phflorida.com) at your convenience. Please reach out to Amanda@phflorida.com to RSVP and for more information about the webinar.
