The entire process can be completed with three taps, and it’s a more direct approach to buying products via Instagram, as opposed to opening a web browser to another site in order to buy the product. It also removes the need to have Google play a role. As previously mentioned, only specific users will have access to the feature and as of now, nobody is sure whether or not the feature will be available to global users and if so, then when? For now, some users in the US can take advantage of the feature, and if it gains popularity, then there may be a possibility of Instagram expanding the feature.
