Ozane Termite and Pest Control is celebrating their 100th Anniversary, which commemorates 100 amazing, great and wonderful years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Toms River NJ-based pest control business, which has provided pest control to homeowners/property managers/businesses since 1917.

Ozane Termite and Pest Control got it’s start in 1917 when founder Mill Oachs. The founder saw an opportunity for his skills as a chemist would be complementary fit with his cleaning business by providing pest control services as well. .

One of the challenges Ozane faced half way through its time in business was the death of the founder of the company in 1965. After which the company was divided into separate companies. One which was Ozane Exterminating, the original office in Brooklyn, NY, and the other was Ozane Termite and Pest Control, new branch office in Lavallette, NJ.

While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Ozane Termite and Pest Control are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such success was when it reached a milestone of $1 million in annual revenue in 1995.

David Koerner, Co-Owner/ Vice President at Ozane Termite and Pest Control was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Ozane Termite and Pest Control’s history was the opening of Its insect museum, Insectropolis in August 2005.”
