Oakridge Energy Announces Completion Of Sale Of Colorado Property, Record Date For Distribution To Shareholders

WICHITA FALLS, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 9, 2015 / Oakridge Energy, Inc. (OAKR), Wichita Falls, Texas (the “Company”) announced today that it completed the sale of its La Plata County, Colorado real estate for the price of $14,000,000. The sale had previously been approved by the Company’s shareholders in October 2014.

Arbie Marie Price, the President of the Company, further stated that the Company plans on distributing the after-tax net proceeds of the sale to the Company’s shareholders within the next 60 to 90 days. The Company has established April 9, 2015 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to participate in the distribution.
