Ostroff Injury Law Asking Poconos, PA Bus Accident Victims To Come Forward

June 17, 2015 – – Ostroff Injury Law, a personal injury law firm in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania is asking people who rode the tour bus operated by Viaggidea with Academy Bus Company that ended in the deadly I-380 crash in Poconos to come forward. They have started a bus accident hotline to discuss the legal rights that the victims are entitled to. They hope that this will help more people receive the compensation they deserve.

“We want to speak to those people who were involved in the deadly crash and provide them with advice, information and guidance on their legal rights”, says Jon Ostroff from Ostroff Injury Law. “The crash has devastated the lives of many families in this country and we believe they may be entitle to compensation for this. We want to help them achieve this.”

On June 3, 2015, a fatal bus accident happened on interstate 380 northbound in Tobyhanna, near Mount Pocono, PA. A bus full of Italian tourists collided with a tractor trailer. It is not yet clear what actually cause the accident. Regardless, three people, including the bus driver, were killed and more than twelve people were injured. The injured were airlifted to nearby trauma centers and two were in critical condition.

The tractor trailer itself was leased by Xtra Lease Company, but no details have been released as of yet about the person actually leasing the vehicle. Investigations are ongoing and very few details are being released. However, it is now believed that the tractor trailer crossed the median line, colliding head on with the bus on the northbound lane.

Ostroff Injury Law is encouraging victims of the crash to contact them using the bus accident hotline and to do so before they speak to an insurance company.

“I have dedicated my career to aggressively representing my clients who have been the victim of reckless driving,” adds Jon Ostroff. “I want to make sure that someone is held accountable for the injuries, pain and suffering of my clients. To date, my firm has recovered over $400 million in damages for people who were seriously injured. We achieve this because we act quickly, and because we are committed to protecting the injured party. However, it is vital that victims speak to us before they speak to the insurance company.”

Ostroff hopes not just to be able to represent the victims of the crash. They also want to assist investigations to determine what could have caused the deadly I-380 crash in Poconos. Victims are encouraged to dial (888) 653-3636 to speak to an attorney. This is a no obligation phone call and any services then offered are on a strict no win no fee basis. This means contact is completely risk free.
