PearTrack Security Systems, Inc.’s CEO E. William Withrow Jr.to Testify before the Sub-Committee on Economic Opportunity House Veterans’ Affairs Committee March 17, 2015

SANTA MONICA, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 16, 2015 / PearTrack Security Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: PTSS) (“PearTrack”), today announced that Mr. E. William Withrow Jr. will be in Washington DC on March 17, 2015, to testify before the Sub-Committee on Economic Opportunity House Veterans’ Affairs Committee on his role as a member of the Board of Trustees of the 30,000-student Peralta College District (“Peralta”), located in the Oakland, Berkeley and Alameda East Bay areas of Northern California. Mr. Withrow is going at the request of Peralta Trustee Board President, Meredith Brown, to represent the District.

Mr. Withrow said, “As a veteran, and a retired officer of the United States Navy who served on active duty for over 24 years, I am pleased to have this chance to discuss all of the programs that Peralta has created to assist the population of Veterans of the Armed Forces in the Northern California East Bay area, which the Veterans Administration estimates to be approximately 266,000 Veterans.”

Mr. Withrow currently serves as PearTrack’s President and CEO and as a member of its Board. Mr. Withrow earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, with a concentration in Investment Banking. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Colorado. He served twenty-four years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a professional logistician, retiring with the rank of Captain. He spent approximately 20 years as a financial professional with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Paine Webber, Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo.

Mr. Withrow has been very active in civic leadership for the past 20 years serving in a number of elected and appointed positions, including Mayor of Alameda, California. He is currently serving as the regionally elected member of the Governing Board of The Peralta Colleges, an institution consisting of 2,000 faculty and staff and approximately 30,000 students.
