Personal Injury Lawyers Help Address Destin Vehicle Fatalities

While the area is not known for having a large number of accidents, the law firm is hoping to reduce it even further. These efforts have been welcomed by community members.

Terrance A. Gross, co-founder of Gross & Schuster, P.A., says: “What we want is for Destin to become even safer than it already is. Crime statistics and vehicle accident statistics are already low, but we want them to be lower. We’re engaging in a number of activities to help achieve this.”

At the last count in 2014, there were just two fatal vehicle accidents, in which a total of three vehicles were involved. One of these involved a drunken person, something that Gross & Schuster P.A. wants to address in particular. As one of the most respected motor vehicle accident attorneys in Destin, they have seen many personal injury cases involving drunk drivers, and they know how devastating these accidents can be. In the fatal car crashes, three people were involved, leading to two fatalities. One of these was a pedestrian.

Terrance A. Gross adds: “What we want to see in Destin is that there are no more fatal car crashes, or crashes at all for that matter. And what we particularly want to see is that pedestrians are safe at all times. Unfortunately, compared to 2013, 2014 was worse, and this is precisely what has prompted us to engage in different outreach programs to help reduce these statistics once and for all. We expect the 2015 statistics to be made available soon, and we hope to see a significant reduction already.”
