Phillips & Temro Industries Announces Acquisition by Harbour Group

OEM and aftermarket provider for the trucking, automotive, oil and gas, off-road and EV/hybrid markets, Phillips and Temro Industries (PTI) was acquired by St. Louis-based Harbour Group, an operating company dedicated to taking companies to the next level.

Eden Prairie, MN – March 16, 2015 – Phillips and Temro Industries, Inc. (PTI), a global OEM and aftermarket provider of custom engineered thermal systems and solutions for trucking, automotive, oil and gas, off-road and EV/hybrid vehicles, today announced its acquisition by Harbour Group, a privately owned operating company based in St. Louis, MO. Financials were not released.
