The Air Armor M240 is a high-performance field kit designed for use in outdoor environments and off-road situations. The ultra-light kit weighs 19 lbs and is powered by a 12-volt direct drive air compressor with an output of 2.11 cubic feet per minute and a maximum pressure capability of 120 PSI.

The kit also includes a 25-foot air hose with a lock-on ball foot air chuck and a Type M 0.25-inch quick release air coupling as well as a 10-foot power cord with insulated battery pole clips.

The compressor is capable of operation at 100 percent for 15 minutes and for a maximum of 40 minutes, allowing a user to inflate a full-size truck tire in less than two minutes or a passenger car tire in less than 60 seconds.

Designed as a self-contained portable tire care kit for jeeps, pick-up trucks, and other off-road vehicles, the M240 is housed in an upgraded armor military-grade ammunition can for portability and durability in extreme conditions. Safety features include a high-pressure bleed valve and an overheating protection circuit to prevent damage to the device.
