Pink Pepper Asian Fusion and Nathan Chanthavong are pleased to announce that the Mesa restaurant is under new ownership, with an entirely new menu. The restaurant has been completely renovated to provide a new and better dining experience. Asian culture works by renowned artist Gary Hostallero are on display for guests to enjoy. The Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese food Mesa AZ facility is located right on the border of Mesa, Tempe and Chandler, Arizona. Patrons can dine in, carry out, or arrange for delivery.

The five-star menu consists of authentic dishes of Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines. There is a lunch menu which is served between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Lunch entrees include steamed or fried rice with a spring roll. The entrees are designed around chicken, tofu, vegetables, beef, shrimp or seafood. Calamari, shrimp, and scallops are the seafood entrees.

The major categories on the menu include appetizers, soups, and salads, noodles, fried rice, Chinese fried rice and Chinese entrees. The Thai categories include curries and entrees. There are house specialties, desserts, and beverages to round out the menu. Choosing a favorite may take multiples tries and visits to the restaurant. Even for those patrons who prefer a vegetarian diet, there are dozens of entrees, appetizers, and desserts from which to choose.

The specific ingredients cover a broad range of the normal Asian foods. Rice noodles, basil, cashews, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, egg noodles, and beef are just a few of the ingredients on the menu. Diners can also choose red or green curry. Deep fried battered chicken (and sometimes shrimp) dishes are presented with orange sauce, sweet and sour sauce and cream sauce. Diners may select a crispy honey chicken battered with crispy rice noodles in a sweet and spicy brown sauce. Unique dishes include duck, three-flavor fish, and pork ingredients.
