Quilt Shop in Pensacola Spreads Awareness about Quilt Drive for Fire Victims in California

November 03, 2017 – – Pensacola, FL – Martelli Enterprises, a leading quilt shop in Pensacola, FL, is out on a mission to spread the word about a cause worth mentioning. The Martelli team is currently spreading the word about a quilt drive created for fire victims in Sonoma and Napa counties.

Wildfires have spread furiously throughout California, with heavy impact in Sonoma County and Napa County. Recently, a new initiative, dubbed “Happiness Is a Warm Quilt”, was developed to help the victims who have lost their homes and only have the clothes they are wearing.

“We believe that this is a wonderful idea and a gracious act by the people who developed it,” Marsha said, who is the owner of Martelli Enterprises.

The creators of “Happiness Is a Warm Quilt” are currently seeking donations of bed-sized quilts and children’s pillowcases, with the hopes to warm the future homes of the fire victims with a bed quilt made of love.
