Dr. Richey will share co-management duties with civil litigator Attorney Erica Wilson, a noted national lawyer and television legal analyst, who has been featured on CourtTV, SiriusXM, Audacy, and other outlets. Dr. Richey’s wealth of experience in public policy, management, international humanitarianism, and advocacy, make him the ideal candidate to propel the firm’s continued growth and success.

Dr. Richey comes to The Fairness Firm LLP with an impressive background in policy, legal studies, academia, and senior consulting, distinguishing himself as a rarity in the industry.  His comprehensive understanding of communications combined with his commitment to social justice aligns perfectly with the ethos and values of the firm. As a Managing Partner, he will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction and overseeing the firm’s operations.

Dr. Richey, who recently completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, plans to take the bar in America and the United Kingdom, expanding the firm’s advocacy potential.

After matriculating at Birmingham School of Law for 2-years, Dr. Richey transferred to Renaissance University d’Haiti (URH), a French-modelled university that has a cooperative agreement with the Faculty of Law at the University of Montreal, completing his JD at URH. He also completed postdoctoral studies at Azteca University, earning a Doctor of Science in Immigration Law & World Economies. Dr. Richey additionally holds a Master of Business Administration from Beulah Heights University and completed doctoral studies in federal policy reform at Clark Atlanta University.
